I am writing this the morning after my wife was sick. She had a terrible headache and nausea. She had diarrhea, and was having a horrible night. She decided to try my “salt trick” – A little while later she was on the road to recovery.
I give you the salt trick as one of the simple techniques I used for labyrinthitis treatment. However, it is useful for more than just that. My wife is proof of that.
When most people first hear of the “salt trick”, their first reaction is something along the lines of “but salt is bad for you”. My reaction is, yes, the salt that most people use is bad for you. But, what if I re-phrased it like this. A great technique to start feeling better is to take an influx of pure ocean minerals with a cup of water.
Sounds better doesn’t it?
This is what pure ocean sea salt is. This is not table salt, which, after processing, hardly resembles what true ocean sea salt really is.
My wife was probably dehydrated, and just feeling horrible. She did the salt trick and woke up this morning singing it’s praises. “That salt trick is amazing. It made me feel so much better”.
A common fix to dehydration is to take gatorade. Wel,, gatorade contains high fructose corn syrup and is a bunch of sugars. Pure sea salt is totally natural. Made by nature.
Try to put your prejudices aside for a moment. Which sounds more logical to you?
To help with dehydration and a short burst to feeling better?
An influx of pure natural ocean minerals
or
drinking a man made substance whose main ingredient is processed sugar water?
I know some people still, will not get it. They will say “Everyone knows salt is bad for you and you should lower your sodium intake.” They will refuse to even try something a little different. But, the people that use this little salt trick always tell me it helps.
This is just 1 technique that is part of the plan I followed to get rid of labyrinthitis. You can find out more about it here. How I got rid of labyrinthitis naturally
